SERVICES

Voucher or Coupon MUST be presented at time of deposit. Coupons and Gift Certificates cannot be applied towards deposit but, will be applied towards total balance due according to customer/contractual agreement.

All sales subject to 8.25% sales tax on total amount listed in the customer/contractual agreement.

All prices subject to change according to contractual agreements between photographer and client. Final prices will be placed in the original quote given to the client, contract upon booking, and in the final invoice.50% NON-REFUNDABLE initial payment due upon booking, balance due day of session PRIOR to beginning of the photo session.Clients are allowed ONE reschedule of the session. Notification must be given within 48 hours of scheduled photo session within El Paso, TX city limits. If photo session is outside of El Paso city limits notification of rescheduling must be given within 72 hours unless otherwise stated in customer/ contractual agreement. Failure to give notification and/or failure to show up ON TIME for photo session will result in forfeiture of deposit and client will be invoiced for session fees according to customer/contractual agreement.Coupons and Gift Certificates cannot be applied towards deposit but, will be applied towards total balance due according to customer/contractual agreement.Sales prices are for limited times only and will NOT be retroactive. The client must pay NON-REFUNDABLE deposit during sale time period in order to be considered valid. Sale prices are not applied towards NON-REFUNDABLE deposit but will be applied towards total balance due according to customer/contractual agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with, and governed in all respects by, the laws of Texeas. Any dispute between the parties concerning this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts for the Studio Gemini and Texas. Studio Gemini reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without notice to You. Again, it is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to use and periodically throughout your use of Studio Gemini”s Products, Materials and services.
